Commonwealth Environmental Systems (CES) is a privately owned 235
acre municipal solid waste landfill located in Hegins, Pennsylvania. The
landfill operates under the revised Commonwealth of PA regulations which
conform to Sub Title D requirements and is in full compliance with 25 PA
Code, Chapter 273. CES is regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of
Environmental Protection and there are no past or pending violations or
consent orders that would adversely affect the operations of the
landfill.
